Good staff! Some rooms are kept better then others, for the same price. Great location with access to the whole city! Check in can be hit or miss depending on who is working the front desk that day. My go to spot!

I was surprisingly impressed with RC apts during a recent May 2026 trip. My room seems recently renovated. Compared to some of the older pictures posted here. Not sure if they’re all renovated, but mine was. Everything felt pristine, barely used. My specific unit felt incredibly spacious, which was perfect for a party of 1. Shower water pressure is strong, AC window-unit works great, plenty of channels on the TV. My favorite part was the kitchenette! Great appliances for quick needs, and all seemingly new-ish. Room came with plenty of hangers, iron, ironing board, safe, luggage stand, classic alarm clock, and all necessities in the kitchenette. The only gripe is the WiFi. Having work calls with clients did NOT go smoothly. My laptop kept saying “WiFi unstable”, so voices were cutting out, frozen screens, even dropping the call at times. So pretty embarrassing. Either have a premium WiFi option available for purchase or increase the Mbps overall. Other gripes out of the control of anybody is street noise. You can hear a lot of your room faces the street. But hey it’s NYC. Maybe it’s louder due to the window AC unit. Either way something to keep in mind. All in all, will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Amazing location, 5 mins away from Times Square. Good size, clean rooms. Prices are good if you book in advance. We stayed 4 nights and it was quite. The photo is a view out of the apartment. We enjoyed NY very much. Thank you and definitely can recommend

This is a gem of a find for the money. Yes, there's street noise (it's Manhattan, y'all). The rooms are a little older, but so are many rooms in NYC. The kitchen setup and lovely remodeled bathrooms are unbeatable. Personally, I have a hard time coping with the hustle and bustle of NYC. I loved having a place to come back to where I could have all my needs met and didn't have to go out to eat unless I wanted to. There are plenty of food options just steps out the door, if need be. The staff are so kind, too! Always a smile and a greeting coming and going. As a single woman traveling to NY alone, I felt welcomed and safe. This will be my hotel of choice whenever I return to Manhattan.

The only complaint I have is that they accused us of smoking without even coming to our room and checking for themselves charging is $250. How is it ok to just accuse someone of something without any proof or checking on the situation. Highly unprofessional in that regard. Oh and watch out for the front steps, they are slippery as ice when wet. Everything else was very good, clean rooms, good size rooms, fresh towels and other accessories.

This is my go to in Manhattan! I love this hotel endlessly! I remember back in 2020 when I was traveling I stumbled upon this jewel. Perfect for singles or couples. I'm sure they have accomodations for families despite negative reviews about size etc. It takes you back to an era of class, style, and kindness. A lot of people keep saying dated blah blah THATS THE THEME OF THE HOTEL. Duh! Most these days don't appreciate that especially the ones 40 and under. But I love it...

Location shines—right in the heart of Midtown on 49th St, steps from Times Square, Rockefeller Center, Radio City Music Hall, Broadway theaters, and great subway access. Super walkable to everything without being overwhelmed by the crowds. Rooms were clean with a useful kitchenette (fridge, microwave, stove—perfect for breakfast/snacks). Beds comfy, but space is tight and decor feels a bit dated. Service was good—friendly front desk, daily housekeeping, quick help when needed. Solid value for NYC, especially with the kitchenette saving on meals. Great base for sightseeing—would stay again! 4 stars.

Loved my stay here during a recent trip to New York. The room was a decent size. The bed was comfortable. And the room was very quiet. The decor is a bit dated, but who cares? Plenty of hot water. Super convenient location. Highly recommended.

For the price and location, the Radio City Apartments were fantastic! Decent sized for midtown! New bathroom with good pressure and hot water. Fully stocked kitchen. Quiet hotel (if you don't count midtown traffic noise.) The climate controls are lacking. 30 degrees outside and our room was nearly 80. Had to leave the windows open to cool off.

The location is excellent - just steps from Times Square and so many major attractions. The staff were genuinely friendly and very accommodating. When the heater in our room wasn’t working properly, and us Australian girls were freezing, the front desk quickly brought an additional one to make sure we were comfortable. The rooms are on the smaller side and are a bit dated, but our room had a full kitchen, which was a huge convenience! One thing to note is that the hotel’s lift is quite small, so it can feel a bit tight, and you do have to wait a while during busy times. Overall, though, it was a very enjoyable stay, and we would definitely stay here again, if not just for the location alone!
