The rooms were spacious and the bathroom was very nice! I booked 2 queens, and they were definitely queen sized, not doubles. Still plenty of room even with 2 queens. There is limited closet space, and the bathroom is a little small but definitely still usable. Did not have any issue with bed bugs, and our room was serviced every day. Which included 2 free water bottles every day. The beds were pretty comfortable, and so were the pillows. The shower was difficult to figure out, but between the 3 of us, we got it alright. Some cons of staying there, no free breakfast but they did give us $25 vouchers to use every day for their public house restaurant. I was by myself when I checked in, and the front desk agent said my room number out loud which could've been really bad had there been someone else around. The location is not bad, and it's right down the street from times square and had no issues with noise. It is a little hard to find on the street and we passed by it a few times on accident. Still some sketchy characters on that street, but still felt pretty safe. Overall I would stay here again, compared to other reviews i read about hotels in nyc.

We loved our stay here! The hotel is in a convenient location, and the room was super clean with cozy elegant decor and very comfortable beds. The icing on the cake was the hotel staff. Every single person we encountered went out of their way to ensure that our visit was amazing. We ate in the Public House several times during our trip and enjoyed every meal. We look forward to staying at the Merrion Row Hotel in the future!

Stayed for several nights and thoroughly enjoy it. The owner was present on property which demonstrated a hands-on approach to hospitality. Exceptionally friendly, helpful staff. Clean, comfortable room (not tiny like some NYC hotel rooms). Good food and an impressive tap beer selection. I'd happily return.

Excellent value for a great hotel. 10 minute or less walk to most major broadway shows. Somehow is right next to times square and still relatively quiet at night. Food and service was excellent, they also give a one time per day use, generous discount on food and drink if you’re staying the night. The deli and Irish bar next door are great as well. Gf and I got snowed in for 3 extra days here and weren’t mad about it at all. Staff was super friendly, helpful, and professional. Would highly recommend to anyone. Has to be one of the better bang for your buck stays near the theatre district.

My wife and I stayed here for a weekend in New York with a show. Perfect location in the theater district and a short ride to upper east of west side. The bar and restaurant are top notch as well. Our room was very clean and the hotel was able to keep our bags on our last day so that we could go and explore before our flight.

I love meeting up at the bar (pub)! The food here is delicious. Empanadas and sausage roll are my favorites. But the actual Shepherd's pie is fantastic as well. The pub has such a cool vibe and the restaurant is perfect for date night or girls' night out.

We stayed at Merrion Row Hotel and it was absolutely amazing. The location is perfect—about a 5-minute walk to Times Square and 9 minutes or less to Rockefeller Center, which made everything so easy, especially with kids. The hotel was extremely clean, and the front door staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive from the moment we arrived. They truly made the stay feel special. The only small suggestion would be adding a soft mattress pad to the sofa couch for extra comfort. That said, it was easy to overlook because the staff and overall experience were truly perfect. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, well-located, and welcoming hotel in NYC.

Location is good proximity to theater. However, that is the only thing good about this hotel. Noise level is very high and on more than one occasion woke me up despite blaring a sound machine. Rooms are extremely small and service is lacking. Food was just ok. Servers were hit or miss and so was food. Twice we returned to hotel early to enjoy an after dinner drink and dessert to find the bar/restaurant closed, one night this was at 8:30 PM and the Manager was extremely rude about the situation. There are many other hotels in the area I have stayed out before and will return to but will never stay at this location again.

This place was awesome; exceeded my expectations. It is a small boutique hotel. The rooms are smaller but clean and well appointed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bar / restaurant was cozy and food was great. Definitely planning to stay again on my next trip to NYC.
