Great hotel in fab location

We have just returned from 5 nights in New York 2 adults and our 2 sons 11 and 13. We picked this hotel becsuse of its location which did not disappoint. Check in was quick and easy, 24 hour coffee and hot chocolate was great. Free WIFI which is a must with children. Breakfast was great, good choice and all fresh with 2 hot options everyday our eldest son loved the waffles. Breakfast can get busy at peaks time but we never had a problem.Geraldine the breakfast superviser is a gem, and looked after us every morning. Our room was great 2 double beds very comfortable, TV, coffee maker and hairdryer.Bathroom was good, shower and bath, plenty of towels for family of 4. Also safe in room. Penn station was just a few blocks away and was great to catch Airtrain back to JFK and alot cheaper than Taxi. Madison Square Gardens also few blocks away from Hotel and if you can catch a Knicks game I recommend it, be warned a beer is 16 dollars!!. We had alot planned for our time In New York and the location of the hotel was ideal , it would of been nice if the hotel had a Bar and a Fridge in the room.

NYC

Staff friendly and helpful Breakfast supervisor wonderful.....my granddaughter has a milk allergy and the staff was very helpful in providing us with substitutions. Conceire John wonderful suggestions of where to dine Location Amazing Super close to Times Square You MUST see the Lion King. go directly to the ticket office at the theater close to show time to get a good deal on the tickets

Great location but...

Rooms are very small and don't provide a mini fridge for drinks or medication. Heating system in our room was broken. One of the days we were gone from 10:30 am to 9:30 pm and did not receive housekeeping service.

Very nice

Super nice stay, very good emplacement, clean room, beautiful view. We really enjoyed our stay it was only for night, which we could’ve stay longer. Couldn’t enjoy the breakfast, maybe it would be better if it lasted longer

NYC at Christmas

We were in NYC for the Christmas season and to see the Pittsburgh Steelers play the New York Jets. This hotel was a fantastic place to stay. Front Desk staff and the Breakfast employees were helpful and friendly. Clean and bright hotel. The location is great. Subway a few steps out the door. Walking distance to many attractions. We will be back the next time we are in NYC. Thank you!!!
