The Casablanca Hotel is in an excellent location just steps from Times Square, with easy access to the subway and many of New York’s major attractions. Despite being so close to the bustle of Times Square, the hotel itself is surprisingly quiet, making it a comfortable place to relax after a busy day in the city. Rick’s Café is a standout feature, offering complimentary snacks and coffee 24/7, which is a thoughtful and convenient touch for guests. Having Tony’s Di Napoli restaurant right next door is also a big plus, providing a great dining option only steps away. The rooms can feel a little stuffy at times, but it’s a minor issue and didn’t detract from the overall stay. Service throughout the hotel is friendly and welcoming, and the property feels safe and well managed. The outdoor area is also a nice bonus. Overall, this is a very comfortable and well-located hotel in Midtown Manhattan. I would highly recommend it.

The Best Hotel we’ve ever stayed in, felt like home.We loved the 2nd floor which included coffee and various snack options and water. So thankful to the friendly staff for taking great care of my family of 5! Definitely staying here any time we come to visit. The beds were incredibly comfortable.

We had a great stay at the Casablanca Hotel and the service we received was fantastic. We had come to New York to see a Broadway show at the Lyric Theater which was just down the road - the perfect location. Close to Times Square and many places to eat. The rooms were a great size and we were really looked after by the staff when we made a few additional requests. The breakfast was delicious and the lounging area was lovely - a great stay and we will definitely return if back in NY in the future!

What a surprise Hotel Casablanca! My new husband and I were coming to the end of our honeymoon and wanted to stay our final night in Times Square! As first timers-- finding a hotel was tough, but chose this hotel solely on its reviews and location. It did not disappoint!! We were greeted by extremely friendly and helpful staff, we arrived very early so they checked our bags for us so we could explore the city. Parking was right next door at a discounted rate for hotel guests. Convenient! The rooms were comfy, cozy and cute! Loved the style of the hotel. They offered 24 hour coffee, water, tea, seltzer, fruit & snacks which was incredible! Especially coming from someone who can never have enough water. When booking, I mentioned our honeymoon and the hotel had a bottle of champagne waiting for us in the room! So kind! Will absolutely return to stay at Hotel Casablanca on our next NYC visit without a second thought! Thank you!

A quiet hotel steps from times square. Parking convenient and close. Rooms are small but hotel has a lot of character. You cannot hear the noise of times square once you step inside. Staff is wonderful and accommodating. Be sure to have the front desk validate parking for the garage...which is right next door.

Had to request move to new room halfway through stay due to repeated toilet issues. Second room without refrigerator but staff quickly moved fridge from original room. Otherwise wonderful stay. Lounge with continental breakfast & snacks available was a definite plus. Slippers & robes provided. Location directly off Times Square allowed easy walking distance to theater district while avoiding the majority of the noise. Less than 1 block from subway entrance, quick walk to Bryant Park.

My wife and I had a two-night stay at Casablanca Hotel, and we loved it! The staff were so nice and took such great care of us. The room was quiet despite being just around the corner from Times Square. The hotel is beautiful and unique, and we would highly recommend it.

Love this place, the service and people are fantastic here. The breakfast staff are so sweet and full of smiles. The front desk will bring you ice, umbrella and anything you need. Even order a car for you to the airport. Location location location. This place is right in the middle of it all. The only thing that we had any issue with is the super soft, squishy pillows. But I used three of them and slept great. They even had a bottle of champagne ?? for us already in the room for our anniversary. Thank you Casablanca for a fantastic anniversary weekend in NYC.

We had such a wonderful stay at the Casablanca Hotel. The hotel is a bit dated, but the place was clean, the staff was very friendly and welcoming, and Rick's Cafe was a really nice touch. The continental breakfast and all day snacks, coffee, tea, and water was greatly appreciated! The hotel has a central location to everything that was on our list, which made it relatively easy. The hotel was also much quieter than I expected it to be, given that it is in the middle of Times Square. Slept like a baby every single night! If we come back to the city, we would absolutely consider staying here again!
