Hole in the bed which they did not fix. And they won't shift you in another room. Could not sleep both night. Too much loud noise from Ac vent. Male staff is rude. Too many junkies and homeless...

Jazmin was kind. Natalie was very rude. Room is very small,no space to move, furniture falling apart and my daughter 2 years old got hurt several times. A lot of junkies in front of hotel.
