We found the hotel fine. The lady at reception was very nice and helpful. The rooms were clean and tidy. On departure the male on reception at departure called us a cab. We discovered from the driver that the him and his mate on reception scam unbeknown passengers. It helps when you record the driver in his phone while driving and take pictures of the meter. My advice, book your own uber and save the hassle of being scammed. Didn’t expect the receptionist to be part of a money making scam. Asking us to pay cash and on his personal device. Stay vigilant

We enjoyed our stay here, great location for us as we wanted to be near Times Square. Room was great, only minus was the "sofa bed" is more of a daybed and very hard. Breakfast was perfect for us, pastries, juice and a coffee!

Great hotel. Perfect location, incredibly friendly, and knowledgeable and helpful staff. Only one small caveat: if you have a room next to the elevator you might notice a very little sound; one of us noticed it and one of us didn't. The bathroom is between the elevator and the bed.

Great hotel with an excellent location! My room had a beautiful view of Times Square. The lights from the square are very bright at night, so closing the curtains is recommended, but it did not affect my overall experience. Many of the main attractions are within walking distance. I also truly appreciated the complimentary room upgrade — it was a wonderful surprise. I was very happy with my stay. Thank you for a great experience!

If there were a way to give 10 stars, I would not hesitate for a second—because what we experienced at the Millennium Premier Hotel was nothing short of exceptional, and at the very center of it all is Monique. From the moment we walked through the doors, Monique was there—poised, graceful, and completely in command in the most effortless way. It felt like she was not just working the front desk… she was at the helm of the entire ship, guiding the experience with calm confidence and warmth. Monique has this rare gift: she makes you feel like you are the only guest that matters. The way she welcomed us, engaged with us, and anticipated our needs was beyond hospitality—it was personal, genuine, and unforgettable. Her lighthearted nature brought such an ease and joy to our arrival that instantly set the tone for our entire stay. This hotel re-open from big renovation on June 1, 2026 and we stayed at the hotel June 3 to 6. Everything single corner of this hotel is clean. Brand new, even the sheets, mattress, furniture. The decoration looks like any Marriott. The sofa was fine to sleep my 8 years old but cannot fit a teenager. It’s like a day bed more than a pullout couch. Every employees of the hotel Premier are so nice, respectful, ready to help at any time. We truly appreciate everything of this hotel. It is so silent at night! Even for a quick nap in the afternoon we did la heard a sound of the city life outside. Pretty impressing considering that you walk 30 seconds maximum and you are right in the middle of Time Square. Be careful not to reserve The Millenium who’s their related hotel but very old and commentary very bad. PREMIER Millenium is the best of all and I would go back there for sure!! Note that all rooms are one king ou queen size bed. No room with 2 beds. Pictures from the room and the breakfast dining room.

My stay at the Millennium Times Square Premier Hotel on 06?June turned out to be one of those unexpected blessings during a stressful trip. I had just learned that my original hotel cancelled my reservation last minute, and I rushed to book a room through Agoda on the same morning. I arrived tired, frustrated, and honestly a little worried about how the day would unfold. But the moment I stepped into the hotel, everything changed. Mr. Hector at the front desk was incredibly kind — the kind of kindness that genuinely touches you when you need it most. He arranged an early check?in for me without hesitation, and even upgraded me to a room with a sofa (Room 324). When I opened the door and saw the spacious room and the bathtub, I felt such relief wash over me. It was exactly the comfort I needed after a chaotic morning. The room was cozy, clean, and peaceful! Breakfast was simple: bagels, bread, muffins, yogurt, coffee, tea, and juices like orange, apple, and cranberry. No hot dishes like eggs yet, and I do hope the hotel can consider adding them in the future. Overall, I would rate my stay 4.85/5. I truly loved it and enjoyed every moment. Thank you, Mr. Hector, for turning a stressful day into a memorable and comforting experience. I won’t forget it.

Great size rooms in this hotel, Aircon / Heating very loud but only needed the heating on for a short time, maybe after using the shower. Shower pressure very poor. Breakfast ok handy grab and go. Staff very good. Would stay here again in a heartbeat

I was extremely dissappointed and very concerned about the cleaning of these rooms. Upon entering I was taking back on how old this hotel really was. Their elevators may be up to code but it had horrible hesitation while going up, not a smooth ride up at all. Carpets are extremely dirty and old. Room 519 was old, funny odor, closet doors were missing, plugs had some mold, wall tape was coming off and most importantly to note the shower had mold all over Their bathroom set up is very very outdated. After a long late flight, a good hot shower would of been good, but the shower was unacceptable. Front desk told me to talk to "next door manager" for a discount. I was moved to room 523, which was far out worse, the ac unit made a lot of noise. After I was told they were sold out, and being a late check in i had no choice to return to room 519 brush my teeth and go back to the aiport 9 hours later. I was distressed with their call of action, and their filthy bathrooms. It is not worth staying here no matter how close to TimeSquare is from their location.

We have had a very nice experience at this hotel! Yes, the rooms are older but very nice and roomy with big windows. The bathroom is huge! They have nice robes to use if you need one! The beds and pillows were very comfortable- we slept so well- this is usually not the case for me at other hotels! The location is perfect being so close to Times Square and the street in front is not crazy which is so nice when tou are trying to wait for a Lyft ride. There is a big window in the lobby you can watch for your ride if the weather is bad. The housekeeping and front desk ladies were very friendly.
