The location to Broadway shows and area restaurants is excellent. But. I had requested a down-free room due to allergies. This was not accommodated. The room itself is tired and old. The headboard of the bedframe was worn and threadbare. The bathroom paint job was sloppy and the shower leaked water onto the floor. The bathroom faucet was broken and crooked. The elevator needs to be serviced or updated. It was incredibly slow. I will try somewhere else next time we visit the city.

I recently stayed at the Hyatt in Times Square and I really liked that the hotel was right next door to the Book of Mormon. Lots of good restaurants in the theater district. The hotel itself had a complimentary wine and cheese bar every day from 5pm-6pm which was a really good appetizer for dinner.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were small but this is NYC so I expected that. I didn't plan to come to NY to stay in my room. They were efficiently designed, nicely decorated, and clean; and the bed was very comfortable. The location was excellent especially if you are seeing shows. The complimentary wine and cheese happy hour was a nice touch! I have tried out a number of hotels in Times Square and this is my favorite so far.

been here 3 times this year and absolutely love it. emilio is genuinely the best employee ever and i always get excited whenever he’s at the front desk as he’s always been so kind each time i’ve been. the doormen are also so nice and so are the people who bring up the luggage. the rooms are also amazing and genuinely for new york, the perfect size. i personally don’t like anything too big as it makes me feel at home when in the rooms. ive stayed in the deluxe king and also the queen. if you’re a solo traveler, i would definitely recommend the queen room. rooms are nice, air conditioning is nice, and the furniture is perfect. i would recommend this hotel to everyone. i plan on coming back to new york soon again and definitely will be staying here once more.

Stayed here for 3 nights with my family in a suite in July. Perfect location. Good access to Times Square without actually dealing with the issues there. Good subway access to multiple lines at 50th Street station. AC worked good. Room was dated but ok. Noise was better than I expected. Typical NYC room. Elevators are slow because it’s an old building. David at the door was a standout employee. Also the guy that came and made the pullout sofa for my kids was awesome but I didn’t get his name. Would absolutely return.

If you are looking for a hotel that combines a sleek, modern aesthetic with unbeatable convenience, this is it. The Location You truly cannot beat the location. It is steps away from the absolute best of Broadway, incredible dining, and the electric energy of Times Square, The Design & Atmosphere The design of this property is gorgeous—chic, contemporary, and incredibly stylish. The Service What really made our stay special was the outstanding hospitality. The entire team went above and beyond to make us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The staff is professional, warm, and always eager to offer excellent local recommendations or assist with any request. The Time New York is a true gem in Manhattan.

The 1 bedroom suite on the 15th floor was excellent for my vacation. Great location near highlights & transportation access. The staff was wonderful. I would've appreciated a fridge & microwave in the room, but oh well, we made it work just fine. The restaurant is Seraphia which was a favorite from another trip & excellent. Turndown service for the extra bed (couch conversion) was a bonus. Ill be staying here again!

On the surface, the hotel looks nice. It's conveniently located to Rockefeller center and the Theater District.The room initially looked lovely. Nice sized, clean, etc. But it quickly because apparent that looks can be deceiving. There was no refrigerator (just an empty cabinet where the fridge should be, although the staff gladly offered me ice). No room safe. No bar or look to hand your towel or bathroom in the shower. The toilet paper holder was broken and the sink was cracked. The elevator is painfully slow and it's confusing about what's in the lobby and what's on the 2nd floor, like the checkout. My first day, I arrived back at my room around 11:30 and it hadnt been cleaned. Limited TV channels and the TV was set in thy mirror and nearly impossible to see, it was so light and the contrast was awful. But the worst part was the it was impossible to sleep. The walls are paper thin. I could hear phones ringing in the room next door, people talking in the hall, and doors slamming shut until late at night. In the middle of the night, the trash truck woke me up. Every single night. They claimed that they upgraded me, but to what, I'm not sure. When I checked in, another guest was complaining about his room. Which was a red flag also. I wouldn't stay at The Time again. It was not a pleasant experience.

It's a very, very bad experience. The room is awful; you can clearly hear the noises in the hallway and the other rooms, especially when other people close and open their doors. You can never get a good night's sleep. The room is also very small. Furthermore, the breakfast service is ridiculous. If you have two guests, they cannot have breakfast separately because the hotel only provides one voucher. When the first guest has breakfast, they collect the voucher back, so the second guest cannot have breakfast, and they refuse to accommodate that. The front desk is also ridiculous and rude. They cannot even accommodate simple requests.

Spent our first night in New York at another hotel, which was NOT as advertised. We were able to check in before 10am, enjoyed amazing customer service, and a very comfortable room. All of this directly across from the theater we will be attending this afternoon! Definitely will return.
