I as an elite platinum member. I usually don’t have a problem with an earlier check-in but at this hotel, I was told it was 4 o’clock what made it frustrating is I watched people before me in line...
Problems sorted effortlessly
On checking in we were given a 5th floor room initially. The keys didn’t work . So when I went back to reception the fabulous Raquel upgraded us to a better room on the 18th . She was so helpful...

The first thing we were greeted with was a request to pay $50 pd deposit. After paying this we were advised $15 pd would be withheld as a “facility fee” which covered internet and other hotel...
