Excellent stay and outstanding service I had a wonderful stay at The Knickerbocker Hotel during my recent visit to New York. The location is excellent, the rooms are comfortable and quiet, and the overall experience was first class. What made the stay especially pleasant was the exceptional service. A special thank you to Gania and Houcine, who were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. Their professionalism and warm attitude made a real difference and made me feel truly valued as a guest. I would gladly stay at The Knickerbocker again and highly recommend it to both business and leisure travelers.

Location, Location, Location! This hotel was clutch when experiencing the sights and sounds of NYC. Our updated, contemporary designed hotel room was much larger than others I have stayed in. The rooms were clean and quiet, despite being on Times Square. Elevators were quick and the staff does a good job keeping people moving. Concierge in the lobby was super helpful in making reservations and recommendations. We had a chance to visit their rooftop bar, St. Cloud. 10/10 recommend!

Top notch customer service! Visiting from Hong Kong and wanted a reasonably priced 5 start hotel (I thought New York hotels were unreasonably priced). Room pictures and reviews were good so we decided to try it. The room was below my standards but I think pretty good by american standards. I was a bit concerned with the lack of furniture and decor in our room. And a few other things. Jade was first to assist and was wonderful!! She explained the room set up and even offer us another room to our liking. Her knowledge, professionalism and making me feel so comfortable made me stay put and appreciate the Knickerbocker even more. I will upgrade to a fancier room next time I book because it is a very convenient and lovely hotel. Great customer service is everything these days. She save you two customers for sure. A special thank you to Maggie & Nico as well for their kindness the day we were checking out.

Excellent stay!!! Best Hotel we have stayed at NYC. Location was perfect as it was right by Time Square. Subway station is just stone throw away. 1 block to CVS , 2 blocks to whole food and Target. Hotel is the best place to stay for tourists like us as it was walking distance to mostly everything. Staff are very friendly and welcoming . Front Desk staff Cynthia Allegra and Magina are very personable , friendly and accommodating . Room 5/5 cleanliness 5/5 Ambiance 5/5 service 5/5 We will come back and stay again for the New Year!

An Unforgettable Stay in the Heart of NYC! You truly cannot beat the location of The Knickerbocker Hotel—it is hands-down the best possible spot to stay in New York City, putting you right at Times Square with everything at your doorstep. We stayed here as a family and it was absolutely excellent from start to finish. The service was top-notch, with the staff being incredibly welcoming, attentive, and helpful throughout our entire visit. A major highlight was the beautiful rooftop bar, which offers stunning views and a fantastic atmosphere to unwind after a day of exploring. If you are looking for the perfect family-friendly luxury stay with an unbeatable location.

The location is excellent, particularly being a block away from Bryant Park (probably America’s best plaza/park that competes with European cities). The room was modern, but warm and comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and having a built in night light is the type of detail that makes the hotel great. And finally the room service. It was delivered timely and the food was excellent. The price was very reasonable as well. I highly recommend The Knickerbocker hotel!

Our stay at The Knickerbocker was nothing but perfection! The staff is everything from front desk to concierge to doormen to housekeeping and room service. Stephanie concierge and Victor doorman exceptional. Rooftop cocktail bar and Charlie Steakhouse both provided excellently food, best we had while in NYC. James - rooftop and Hailey - steakhouse provide wonderful service. Will most definitely only stay at Knickerbocker when in NYC!

This was my second stay at the Knickerbocker Hotel, and once again, it exceeded my expectations. The hotel is conveniently located in Midtown Manhattan, but what truly sets it apart from many other properties I have stayed at is its exceptional staff. Every team member is dedicated to providing outstanding service and making guests feel genuinely welcome and at home. The property is led by a highly professional manager, Mr. Pere Frigola, who is attentive to guest comfort and committed to ensuring the best possible experience for everyone who stays at the hotel. The Knickerbocker also features a beautiful rooftop venue with excellent service, along with amenities that many other hotels lack. Guests can enjoy evening entertainment, an outstanding steakhouse that I highly recommend, and a historic bar where the original martini was created. I would also like to recognize some of the wonderful individuals who made our stay especially memorable. Melissa and Patricia at the rooftop, as well as Juan, Morgan, Nicolas, and Kevin at the bar, were exceptional. They consistently went above and beyond to provide outstanding service and make our experience truly unforgettable. We thoroughly enjoyed our Mother's Day weekend stay at the Knickerbocker Hotel this past weekend! The hotel is gorgeous as it is situated in Midtown just steps away from Times Square. The timeless architecture combined with the updated modern interior design provide a very alluring and inviting hotel experience. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The concierge staff of Victor, Erick, and Jay were professional, affable, cordial, and informative. They provided excellent recommendations for the best local places to dine, as well as shop for different items. Their dedicated concentration on hotel guests conveys a warm experience that focuses on service and providing a top-notch experience for their respective guests Our dining experience was equally impressive and savored by our entire family! The first-floor casual restaurant of Jake's provided coffee, sandwiches, and yogurt at reasonable prices and with a warm and cordial vibe. The renowned Charlie Palmer steakhouse on the fourth floor provided a memorable experience for both their warm and gracious staff and also the expertly prepared steak and other dishes. The dining manager, Klaudio was attentive, conscientious, and immersed in providing all the patrons an excellent dining experience! His attentiveness and hospitable nature added to us dining at the hotel restaurant several times over our 4 days stay. In closing, the Knickerbocker Hotel provided a 5-star vacation for our family that we look forward to visiting again shortly and would highly recommend it to others looking to visit the Big Apple! It’s always a gamble when it comes to hotel rooms in nyc, you never know what you’re truly going to get no matter what the pictures look like. However the Knickerbocker delivered on all fronts and will be my new go-to every time I visit the city. BRANDON at the front deck checked us in and I immediately knew by his welcoming energy and excellent service it was going to be a great stay. When he found out we were celebrating a birthday he graciously upgraded our room. Not only that, he sent up a bottle of Chardonnay and delicious birthday cake! My mom was over the moon!! The room itself was OUTSTANDING, a premier corner suite with tons of windows and views of Times Square. Room felt 5 star luxury, I’m talking four season level. Very spacious, modern, clean, comfortable. Diptyque toiletries. Beautiful spa bathroom and great bed. If it’s a hotel I don’t know I usually book the first night so that if I want to I can change, needless to say I rebooked the hotel for the rest of my trip thanks to Brandon making it such a special experience. He was so gracious, patient and quick in helping with my additional reservations making it a seamless process. THANK YOU BRANDON and hope to see at the knickerbocker again soon!
