Great large hotel with probably the best location for tourists in new York. Lifts are a great feature Checking in was a bit of a bind due to some rooms not ready but all the rest was a wonderful stay. Please be aware that the hotel charges you 30 dollars a day room fee however if you spend that amount in the hotel restaurant or bar the that gets credited against the 30 dollers

Broadway Central

We recently stayed at the Marriott Marquis in Times Square. The location of the hotel could not have been better. We were steps away from the greatest theaters in the city. This hotel is nestled between Broadway and 8th, which is a fantastic hub for any shopper or theater-goer. The hotel staff was accommodating and helpful and friendly. The room was extremely spacious, if a bit dated in furnishings. The ceiling to floor windows were fantastic, and our room provided a great view of the city. The only downside for us was that the hotel lounge was pricey and didn't offer a great selection.

Loved this hotel

Service was fantastic as was our room. Very clean and spacious, the location was absolutely perfect, close to the theaters and Time Square. Amenities and the revolving restaurant were amazing. My favorite dinning was at the Crossroads Restaurant, where we had Bob as our waiter and was the BEST, such a nice and funny guy, we loved him! We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Very pricey but great location

The best location I've stayed in. We had a suite which looked onto Times Square for a fantastic view. The room was a decent size but the beds are small. No fridge in the room which was disappointing. Check in was annoying, there were 4 people to check in Marriott Bonvoy customers and only one for others. She then decided she was going to check in Marriott Bonvoy customers until there was no queue and left us standing there for ages. Everything is very expensive. I went to ask for some milk at breakfast time so we could eat some cereal in the room and they charged me $18 for 2 pints of milk. The View is worth a visit - the revolving restaurant at the top of the hotel. The food didn't look that impressive so we got drinks and got the kids some dessert. $22 for dessert ( we got it for the chocolate fountain). The lobby is really impressive, it looks pretty space age, but the lift system was pretty annoying. You just enter your floor number on the pad and it tells you which lift to go to. It can take a very long time and you can end up in a very cramped lift. The system broke at one point and so we were stranded on the 43rd floor for 10-15 minutes which was making us late for our dinner reservations.
