Hotel was okay, but there was on kettle or tea making facilities. We had to request it. Couple times rooms were not made we had ask house keeper 2 to 3 times before rooms were cleaned. Reception were okay standards were certainly 4 star Close times Square and 5th avenue

Very old hotel

Very old hotel to stay in New York City . The hotel needs to be renovated soon. Although it has a ball drop view rooms (3410/3110). And another thing is the hotel needs to change the Front Door of the Hotel. so guests with disabilities / strollers have easier access. (Those doors are too heavy to be pushed / pulled) Very Prime location in Times Square. Easy walking to 5th ave, Rockefeller, Grand Central, Bryan Park, Times Square.

Average rooms

This is an average NYC hotel. The rooms are clean and can adjoin to one another. However, this hotel lacks a lobby to relax or wait for a room to be ready. This is challenging for travelers who have time before or after check in and for travelers that need accommodations or a place to sit and rest. The hotel could easily rectify this but putting in lobby like furniture near the check in desks.

Great Location

The location is superb..right in Times Sq. We asked for a room with a view and it was amaxmzing. Rooms are big with king size beds. Bathrooms big too and lovely hot water. Small coffee machine. First night we had a leek on the toilet, but they changed our room..no problem. Not so keen on paying extra for facilities though as price is high enough as is. But over all a great hotel.

So disappointed

Used to stay at the Millennium on business for many years. I’m not sure what has happened over the last few to allow this once great hotel to go so far downhill. We had a room on the 19th floor that had wallpaper peeling off the walls, paint peeling from the ceiling from water damage above and stains on the furniture and carpet that, well..... We had a fire alarm at 1 AM on Sunday morning and another at 7 AM on Monday morning. The bathroom has a slope to the floor that is creepy. Look, the hotel is seedy and there are plenty of other less costly hotels in the area that are much better. I will take this one off my list, unfortunately.
