Strategically located directly off Times Square with modern, well-appointed rooms suitable for solo travelers or couples on a budget, but guests should expect very small spaces and potential noise privacy issues.

Location, location, location! Times Square is literally about 30 steps away. The room was nice and cozy, and the subway-tile bathrooms made it feel like you were right down by the tracks — which was actually pretty cool on my first trip to New York. I also had breakfast at the restaurant and it was delicious. The server was very friendly and made the experience even better.

You’re in Times Square for a great price. It's close to tons of Midtown amenities, stores, and multiple subway stations, so getting around is extremely easy. I booked this hotel for a weekend getaway and had a great stay with zero complaints. The hotel was modern, clean, quiet, and the staff was consistently friendly & accommodating with any request. I stayed on the 10th floor. The room is definitely small (expected for Midtown Manhattan), but it was well worth it for the reasonable price. The TV was nice and came with plenty of streaming services. Small touches stood out to me as well: I had a $20 daily credit included, the bartender was super helpful when I was trying to find the perfect cocktail under $20 lol, and the front door staff opened the door everytime I entered or left. Definitely recommend.

This hotel is very centrally located, making it convenient for tourists. Because of its location, it’s on the pricier side, but the stay was very comfortable. The room is quite small, especially the bathroom, which offers very little privacy — so it’s better suited for single occupancy. The bedding was very comfortable, and the amenities were great. I would love to return. The only downside is the check-in time at 4 pm and check-out at 10 am, which felt a bit rushed.

We loved our stay at the Motto By Hilton in NYC Times Square. The location is absolutely perfect, super close to Times Square, Rockefeller Center, Radio City Music Hall, Broadway Shows, Fifth Avenue shopping, etc. We stayed on the 22nd floor, and found the hotel to be super quiet. The housekeeping staff was great, and kept us stocked with complimentary water. We felt really safe as the elevators were completely run by key card, so you could only access your particular floor. Yes, the room is tiny, but it works just fine for a couple or single traveler. We were on a Mother/Teenage son trip, and the twin bunk bed over queen bed room was perfect for us. Privacy is somewhat limited, so be aware if visiting with friends. All in all it was a great stay, and we will plan to return.

My daughter is Active Military, and they refused to honor her paid reservation bec she's 20 yrs old. Their policy is 21 yrs old, so she is left trying to scramble to find a hotel. What a way to honor our service members during the holidays! I called and spoke to the assistant manger, and he refused to understand and hung up on me. This Hilton needs a house cleaning top to bottom.

This stay hit the spot! It is right there near Times Square and super close to Rockefeller Center. It’s near so much. There’s a late night pizza shop and “corner store” right in front of the doors. As you can imagine, the rooms are very small as it is in Times Square. But it’s super comfortable and they’ve done a good job creating storage spaces. It’s honestly smartly designed for a small space. The bed was comfortable and it’s a bougie shower. The two bottle waters they gave you are aluminum so They are refillable. Also included in the resort fee is a $10 food and beverage credit: I think the bar and the restaurant were open till around 11 PM. They also gave a complementary snack, which were some really good chocolate wafers. The service was fantastic, I had a couple requests and they tended to them immediately! Then on my checkout day, they had a host ready to receive bags to hold for the day; You didn’t have to chase somebody down.

Room was small as expected, but nice and well designed. The TV was huge. The bed was relatively comfortable. Housekeeping changed our towels every day which was nice. The shower temperature was lukewarm at best and the sink handle kept falling off when we turned on the water. The hallway carpet was really dirty. The elevators were poorly designed/executed and were a constant sore spot. Overall a good experience for the price with some minor annoyances.

Lets be honest. If you want to be in the heart of Times Square and you only intend on walking its doable for 1-2 guests.. The hotel is okay if you are on a budget just keep the expectations to a minimum for Hilton; mattresses are equivalent to $100 amazon firm foam. They do include some "free" waters and snacks with typical per day fees. Even with clear ADA room booked through a major credit card, we were given a standard room and had to argue back until magically one became available minutes later. Mind you, one guest is visibly in a wheelchair and it is not possible to exist in a micro hotel without the appropriate room booked. Elevators are going to be a circus around 11a and 4p, worse the higher floor you are so schedule being gone around those times. Heat in room did not go above 62 unless you run the shower on hot and steam it out. Brought to staffs attention through text, was not fixed nor space heater provided. Temperature dropped enough for wall shrinkage to drop a metal shaft attached with 3M tape from the blinds. They did repair that but ignored the heater. I'd recommend the Riu Plaza 1 street over for a far superior experience if they have the room type available.

We had a great stay! We came the week before Christmas, so it was busy, but amazing to stay right in the heart of the craziness of NYC! The location is wonderful, just off of Times Square, and less than a 10 minute walk to Radio City, Rockefeller, and 5th Ave. Staff was so friendly, allowing for early check in, and for bags to be held after checkout. Hotel was clean and modern. Rooms were a tad small, but good for 2 people! Overall a good experience, we would stay here again!

We checked in at 4:30 PM and were given a 2nd-floor room right in front of the elevator — clearly one of the worst rooms in this hotel. At the same time, white guests who checked in alongside us were assigned high floors. We — two Asian women — were the only ones sent to this undesirable floor. That is racist and discriminatory, and we will not pretend otherwise. Immediately after entering the room, we called the front desk to request a room change. We were told that the room could be changed tomorrow morning — so clearly, there are rooms available. But when we went down to the front desk about one hour later, we were suddenly told that the room can never be changed. This inconsistent and dishonest behavior makes the situation even worse. Which is the truth? Is it “tomorrow” or “never”? Why are we being lied to? On top of that, while we were at the desk, more white guests were being assigned high floors right in front of us, again confirming that this is not a coincidence — this is targeted discrimination based on race and gender. Our stay is already ruined. We feel unwelcome, disrespected, and singled out. We demand the following immediately: 1. A room change to a high floor right now 2. A direct acknowledgment of this discriminatory treatment 3. Compensation for emotional distress and our damaged experience We expect equal treatment. What your staff has shown us so far is the opposite. Fix this now. 12/7 16:00 checkin- right side male receptionist
