I stayed here while I was in town to see a broadway show and it was such a great stay. The location is perfect. The rooms were lovely. So clean and no noise from the city. We had an amazing view of times square! All the staff we talked to were incredibly nice. Especially Kessi and Miguel!!!

Dear Team, I stayed at the hotel for one week and checked out today. My first room was an interconnecting room and it was quite loud due to guests in the room next to me. I initially thought it would only be for one night, but unfortunately the noise continued for three nights. I spoke with the front desk and the manager, Tony, and he along with Karim kindly arranged a new room for me with a beautiful view. I really appreciated how quickly and professionally they handled the situation. Tony was extremely professional, efficient, and very understanding. As someone who comes from a five-star hotel background myself, I truly value this level of service and the way the issue was resolved. I stayed here over the NYE holiday break to see the ball drop and it did not disappoint! I loved my stay here. While the room was small, it was clean and comfortable. I felt safe staying at the hotel as the elevators were key controlled and there was always security around. The onsite restaurant had delicious options for breakfast and dinner, too. To get to the biggest highlight of all, their NYE party was amazing!! As advertised, they walked us outside at around 11:30 pm to a designated area to see the ball drop. It was an incredible experience! I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Very nice, relatively simple hotel. Just off of Times Square with reasonable rates for the location. Ask for a room on a high floor to avoid the bulk of the noise outside! The rooms are clean and the beds are incredibly comfortable. Rain showers in the bathrooms are also very nice. The staff is amazing! Very kind and helpful. You probably won’t be able to check in early but they’re perfectly happy to check your luggage while you go exploring until your room is ready. Definitely would stay again!

What a great hotel in the heart of Times Square! It literally looks over the far end of Times Square for a phenomenal view (picture attached). The rooms are a bit small but honestly quite sizable for New York standards. The soundproofing and the blackout curtains really block out the hustle and bustle and the bed is extremely comfortable. We got great nights sleep. The room is clean and the shower is large with good water pressure. They cleaned the room and gave us fresh towels every day. They also have wireless magnet chargers in the rooms which were great in a pinch since I forgot my phone charger. The cafe downstairs has good breakfast options and you can use your daily resort fee as a credit towards food there. The tv in the rooms are also massive and have all the streaming apps which you can sign into if you have an account so we were able to watch our shows in bed at night. Will absolutely be staying here again!

Words cannot express the kindness of this place. This stay meant more to our family than words can express. After a very difficult year of loss, this trip was our Christmas gift to simply be together—and the Tempo Times Square team made it unforgettable. The staff showed compassion, flexibility, and kindness at every turn. When a room issue arose, they handled it with generosity that went far beyond expectations. We were treated with dignity, warmth, and genuine care the entire stay. I truly believe God used this team to bless our family. Thank you for making us feel seen, valued, and welcomed.

We loved our stay at Hilton!! Highly recommend staying here. The staff were the loveliest people we came across in the whole of New York, super accomodating and the doorman especially were so helpful. The rooms were spacious and newly renovated, and always felt extremely clean. Air conditioning system was great, and we loved the bathroom speaker system. The breakfast is also super good. Location is so central we were able to easily walk or catch the subway anywhere. Would recommend for anyone to stay here!!

Stayed here in January 2025 & the hotel provided an unforgettable experience. We booked a corner room overlooking Times Square with the new year ball drop view. The views were absolutely phenomenal from the 39th floor. It was one of the surreal moments where you look out at realise ‘life is good’. The room was very clean, very large comfy bed, big shower / bathroom - couldn’t ask for anything more really! We loved the hotel, as well as New York, so much so that we’ve now rebooked for January 2026. Looking forward to another fantastic stay!
