FABULOUS hotel!! The staff was truly warm and inviting. The elevator system phenomenal. Enjoyed how close we were to the heart of everything you need: Times Square, Broadway, the Subway, restaurants, shopping, and more. Definitely want to be a Hilton rewards member. They treated my friend and I like valuable members. ????????????

It’s a very very central and busy location which was great for our first trip to New York! Rooms amazing. My partner did cut his hand on the bathroom door as it was not attached properly, but the staff were apologetic. One big big let down was that I emailed ahead to ask if anything special could be arranged as a surprise because my partner had a milestone birthday while there, and it was my first time in USA, but never received a response which was disappointing. Overall, a great place to stay if you don’t mind wrestling through Times Square everytime you leave and come back.

I had a fantastic stay at Tempo by Hilton New York Times Square, and it exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, the service was outstanding. The front desk and reception team were welcoming, professional, and made the check-in process smooth and pleasant. The room was incredibly comfortable, very clean, and well-maintained. One of the highlights was the view—it was absolutely beautiful and made the stay even more enjoyable. The location is perfect, right in Times Square, making it easy to explore everything nearby while still enjoying a comfortable and relaxing space to come back to. Overall, everything about this stay was great—from the service to the cleanliness to the comfort. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting New York City. I stayed here while I was in town to see a broadway show and it was such a great stay. The location is perfect. The rooms were lovely. So clean and no noise from the city. We had an amazing view of times square! All the staff we talked to were incredibly nice. Especially Kessi and Miguel!!!

Dear Team, I stayed at the hotel for one week and checked out today. My first room was an interconnecting room and it was quite loud due to guests in the room next to me. I initially thought it would only be for one night, but unfortunately the noise continued for three nights. I spoke with the front desk and the manager, Tony, and he along with Karim kindly arranged a new room for me with a beautiful view. I really appreciated how quickly and professionally they handled the situation. Tony was extremely professional, efficient, and very understanding. As someone who comes from a five-star hotel background myself, I truly value this level of service and the way the issue was resolved. I stayed here over the NYE holiday break to see the ball drop and it did not disappoint! I loved my stay here. While the room was small, it was clean and comfortable. I felt safe staying at the hotel as the elevators were key controlled and there was always security around. The onsite restaurant had delicious options for breakfast and dinner, too. To get to the biggest highlight of all, their NYE party was amazing!! As advertised, they walked us outside at around 11:30 pm to a designated area to see the ball drop. It was an incredible experience! I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Very nice, relatively simple hotel. Just off of Times Square with reasonable rates for the location. Ask for a room on a high floor to avoid the bulk of the noise outside! The rooms are clean and the beds are incredibly comfortable. Rain showers in the bathrooms are also very nice. The staff is amazing! Very kind and helpful. You probably won’t be able to check in early but they’re perfectly happy to check your luggage while you go exploring until your room is ready. Definitely would stay again!

What a great hotel in the heart of Times Square! It literally looks over the far end of Times Square for a phenomenal view (picture attached). The rooms are a bit small but honestly quite sizable for New York standards. The soundproofing and the blackout curtains really block out the hustle and bustle and the bed is extremely comfortable. We got great nights sleep. The room is clean and the shower is large with good water pressure. They cleaned the room and gave us fresh towels every day. They also have wireless magnet chargers in the rooms which were great in a pinch since I forgot my phone charger. The cafe downstairs has good breakfast options and you can use your daily resort fee as a credit towards food there. The tv in the rooms are also massive and have all the streaming apps which you can sign into if you have an account so we were able to watch our shows in bed at night. Will absolutely be staying here again!
